These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through enigedge.com, operated by DIENNE S.R.L. By placing an order you accept these Terms. These Terms are governed by Italian law and applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo).
To place an order you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of one of the countries we ship to.
We offer a range of consumer electronics, home appliances, personal care devices, and accessories. Descriptions, images, and prices are for informational purposes and subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue any product at any time.
All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of ordering.
All orders are paid exclusively via Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. No advance or card payment is accepted through the Website. By placing an order you agree to be present at the delivery address to receive and pay in cash.
An order is placed when you submit the order form. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after. The contract of sale is concluded when the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or events beyond our control.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian D.Lgs. 206/2005, consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt. Contact us at info@enigedge.com before the deadline. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU Directive 1999/44/EC and Italian D.Lgs. 206/2005. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective product.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Avezzano (AQ), Italy, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
