Refund Policy

1. Overview

At enigedge.com, operated by DIENNE S.R.L., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy describes the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds in compliance with EU and Italian consumer protection law.

2. Right of Withdrawal – 14-Day Return Right

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, without giving any reason.

  1. Email us at info@enigedge.com within 14 days of receiving your order stating your intention to return.
  2. Return the product within 14 days of notification, unused, in original condition and packaging with all accessories.
  3. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Important:Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a full refund. We reserve the right to apply a deduction to reflect diminished value.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly described product you are entitled to a full replacement or full refund, with return shipping covered by us. Contact us at info@enigedge.com within 48 hours, attaching photos of the defect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, modified, or deliberately damaged.
  • Sealed products opened after delivery where return is not possible for hygiene or health protection reasons.
  • Products with missing parts not caused by a manufacturing defect.
  • Products returned after the 14-day period without a defect claim.

5. Refused or Undelivered Orders

Refusing delivery or repeated absence results in the parcel being returned. Return shipping and handling costs are deducted from any refund owed. If no COD payment was made, you may be charged for return shipping costs incurred by us.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 calendar days via bank transfer.

7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products are covered by the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU Directive 1999/44/EC and Italian D.Lgs. 206/2005.
